Another year over...how they are flying by...and what a year!!! Never in my wildest dreams would've I imagined what a lovely place the land of Blog is...and meeting so many wonderful, kind, inspiring and generous people out there...It is an absolute delight!!! I wish you all peace, love, joy, contentment, good health, safety ...and of course Happy Blogging...together with lots of new stitching projects...and good reading for the coming year 2009...Of course I couldn't leave without a little something to ponder over..."Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense"~Ralph Waldo Emmerson~
HAPPY NEW YEAR...bring it on!!!

Happy New Year Dzintra! I think this will be a challenging one for so many people. Let's hope we have the resilience and determination to make it a good one.
That is a lovely sentiment in your blog. Ralph Waldo Emerson was such an eloquent writer. You're right though, the years seem to be passing all too quickly.
I look forward to seeing this year's projects and reading your terrific blogs.
Cheers...Ann :)
Happy New Year Dzintra - thanks for visiting my blog. I recognize Lurline & Julia's names in your other comments. I love that we all have so much in common and are so far apart. Blogging has been such a huge blessing to me this past year. You have a lovely blog. Your Christmas stockings are so pretty & I am interested in the cookbook too. Blessings to you in 2009. Mildred
