Hi everybody....
I had a nasty surprise this morning at around 8am when all of a sudden I lost all my contacts and emails
I've had a few people ring and say they received an email from me asking for help and that I was stuck somewhere overseas......
Please ignore these emails.......I am sill here
I have set up a new email now that comments can go to......
I'm so sorry I can't reply to comments received now due to those contacts being gone........
We are trying to deal with all this in the background
Has anyone else experienced this?????
But for now I would love to sit and have a cuppa and do some stitching but no way at the moment!!!!!!

I had a weird email from you today too, I knew it wasn't really you. What a horrible violating experience. i have to say that photo of a drink has me craving a hot chocolate now.

Don't worry it's happened to a few of my friends. Seems a virus is carried by an email which is opened in all innocence.
Such a nuisance for you. Don't worry we knew it was not really you!
Hi Dzintra,
Changing your passwords can sometimes fix the problem, just never use the same password again. The good thing is that we all recognised that these emails weren't from you and didn't respond. I always tell my friends if ever in doubt just delete them!

Yep, I received "your" email this morning, but knew straight away it was a scam! It happened to me a few weeks ago and I remember how awful it felt - 'identity theft' feels just as bad as your house being physically burgled! (I've had that happen too.... :-/ )

YES it is very unsettling to know how susceptible our creative corners are! Keeping things to a privacy minimum is the best and watching for strange things in our emails! GOOD LUCK MY DEAR! Anita
