OPAM (One Project a Month) June...And A Surprise Visit!!!

Finished a bit earlier this month...here is June's OPAM hosted by Peg and Kris which is going to be a gift for my Sister for her Birthday...

Petunia's Garden Bag...pattern by Anni Downs of Hatched and Patched

Over the weekend we had a surprise visitor...my DD and GD, here they are checking out the bag...

label inside the bag...

and the pattern...

Apart from cooking and eating all weekend we choose some Theodora Cleave buttons by Barb Smith for this cushion...

I started this book by Jennifer Chiaverini, part of the Elm Creek series...

Spotted this camelia that had fallen to the ground...

indulged in this new chocolate by Lindt...

We cooked up some pears in maple syrup...

At the Summer sales I bought some Laura Ashley items...tea towel...pot holder...apron and a little apron for my GD...and this weekend I pulled them out and here we are...

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves cooking and eating and had a blast of a weekend!!!
Now we're off to a family wedding this weekend...
Congratulations Jennifer and Mark!!!

So many goodies I don't know where to start...
I adore the matching aprons on you and your darling grand-baby, the tote is terrific and if you weren't so far away I'd have been hangin' around your backdoor for those pears.
We are the land of maple syrup and I must confess I find uses for it every chance I can.
Have a wonderful weekend D and just think of all the goodies you'll be able to put in that new bag.
