Oh my gosh, what pictures at the beginning of the day! And such enabling too, maybe a trip to B and N tomorrow to buy the magazine? I can SMELL that mint!

You did it, my dear!!
Does it ever look delicious! Some of my favorite ingredients...

Ok, I better hustle here...lots of things going on, I need to focus and get cooking! :)) I have dessert picked out, but the main dish is on hold. I purchased a new jar of green curry paste for p.52, but it smelled and tasted very different from previous jars. I wonder if it was a weird batch, or if the company changed the recipe...
So, I hope to pick up a new jar today!

Sending love to you and a Bon Appetit!

Oh, it is so fun to chat in "real time", dear Dzintra!
I really goofed on those bars, though...
The recipe says to bake the caramel, but I have a feeling that just chilling it might have been ok?
Nevertheless, they were SO GOOD. Wish I could send some to you! :)
And I feel the same way...I don't remember the chicken and sweet potato dish...but I will try it, I love all of the ingredients...
Thank you so much for stopping by to share in dinner!
Have a beautiful day, dear friend...stay warm!
(How is your knee doing?)
Love and hugs,
- Irina

Dzintra! You have made the caramel slice? You know, after I took it out of the oven a second time, it did not look right to me...but this recipe does say bake...oh well...they still taste really good!
A splendid Sunday to you, dear one!
(Although it is almost Monday for you, I think :)
xoxoxo,
- Irina
