A Gardener's Journal Block C done...followed by a treat!!!

After what seemed like taking ages...
Block C of a Gardeners Journal is done!!!

I have used the same colours for the stitcheries as Anni has done...

Block C all joined up...

I'm thinking I'm going to use the blue paisley (I love paisley...there is a lot of it in this quilt) for the inner border...I don't have enough of the red for the outer border...
and I probably will use the blue floral for the binding...
but this could all change!!!

To see more Gardener's Journal quilts go over here...

I think some strawberries and chocolate are in order after all that!!!
Happy Stitching...Dzintra

Block C izšuvumi ļoti mīļi un sirsnīgi, īpaši sunītis savā būdiņā.
Jums zemeņu laiks, mums- ābolu.
Bloga jaunais skats arī sirsnīgs.

It's looking lovely Dzintra. I love all the fabric you are using for this quilt. Red border yes that would be great. You can use more than one red if you don't have enough - Have a lovely evening.
Love
Nat

Your stitcheries are so sweet. They look great with the fabrics you've chosen. I laughed when you told us your plan for the borders but said they might change, I do that too!! Those strawberries look delicious.

These are just gorgeous Dzintra, what skill you have.
I adore paisley, it's so homey.

I asked Husband about eh Paint shop pro software. He said he bought it some years back, but thought it had been superceeded by other similar programmes.

YES, CHOCOLATE AND STRAWBERRIES are totally appropriate for the moment! AND CHERRIES!

Oh dearest, so good to see you pop over for some "art" time!!! THANK YOU and we'll see where all this takes me....I was never expecting to try to sell my art but who knows...I have so much to learn not only about improving my art but how to present it on better paper, what better tools to use...Oh, I just have to have fun at it!!!!

HAVE A LOVELY DAY! Anita
