Along with shopping at the Show...chatting...shopping...walking...viewing quilts...shopping...there is the food!!!

We had this little trio of dips to start...

The Restaurant was chosen by JoJo that afternoon due to the huge glass there that really intrigued her...she couldn't get over the size of it!

Cute little Akubra girl spotted on the way...

JoJo insisted I take this pic of the mono rail...

Dinner was organized by Anita which was held at Olivo's...
3 very happy tables of bloggers and wonderful gals here...

Here I am catching up with Anni...

Pasta for Anni...

I think this one was Pork...

OH DZINTRA......you WERE ON HOLIDAY! Anytime there is FOOD, friends and art there is relaxation. That salmon looks fantastic and the desserts....oh my! Sweet JoJo picked a good one! WOW....what a fantastic summer I am having. I have to remember that each day is a day to improve what I am doing in my art and then I need to devote time to my reading and writing. Oh there is so much fun to be had!!!!

LOVE! Anita

Good morning beautiful Dzintra and JoJo!!!

Oh dearest, thank you for coming to visit my post. Ruben is a charm and in our every day lives, his hard work and efforts just make me want to write poetry, the poetry of the working man.....may your weekend be special. Anita

Checked your blog out today, Dzintra, and my gosh-- you certainly had a great time at the Show. You do deserve a break like this. I have not touched the fabrics I bought from Anni as yet-- but hope to soon. Enjoy your new stash.

Welcome To My World

Hello, my name is Dzintra Ingrid ... have been known as Ingrid and since our Sea Change I have started to use Dzintra ... pronounced without the D ... (but still known as Ingrid, I know, it's confusing ...)

Welcome to my world ... a journal of our Sea Change ... Mum to three wonderful children ... bringing up a daughter with a disability and seeing life through her eyes ... being a new Nanna ... photos ... inspiring quotes ... taking on a cookery course ... the odd recipe ... and trying to get some stitching done amongst all this ...
