Happy Birthday!!!

Last week it was my DH's Birthday...
I made him a Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Topping...

Bought some Carnations with Baby's Breath, just because...

and I took him out for Breakfast...
We started out with a Flat White Coffee...

While having brekky...we had a visit from a Magpie!!!

DH had a Big Brekky...

I had my favourite...Eggs Benedict...

I couldn't resist this Gluten Free Tart...

Here are some of the views overlooking Mosquito Bay...

JoJo loves a party!!!
Here is her choice...'Natural' Lollies...Honeycomb...Chippies and Sparkling Mineral Water...

in her favourite glass...alongside our glass of cool white wine...

Birthday Dinner ready to put in the oven...
Chicken Filet Mignon (bought) and Roasted Veggies!!!

JoJo's dinner is always served first...

after which we lit the candles on the cake and sang Happy Birthday!!!

Your photos are always so rich D, its almost like being there, except I can't smell the wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen.
Have a great weekend and don't forget to share your Friday night sewing.

I noticed knees in one photo. Isn't it nice to have warm weather for our B'days. I remember being snowed in.

Oh we had such a fabulous time, we went out for lunch, antiquing, dinner, antiquing, and then we found a French bakery where they had MACAROONS! Needless to say, I didn't make a cheesecake; Ruben was filling up on these little wonders!!! Thank you sweet one for stopping by! Now back to normal....
