I recently did another cook up from the donna hay magazine Issue 75 Jun/July 2014
Menu from the magazine was
Crispy Pork Belly with Cider Pickled Pears
Whole Spice Roasted Cauliflower
Kale Chips
Lemon and Goat's Yoghurt Cake
and I added Roast Potato
I use all Organic and Free Range if it all possible (and it mainly is)
All my meals are gluten free
Cauliflower in White Wine, Chicken Stock and Spices
and after Roasting
Kale Chips
The Pork
Next door's Lemons which I had frozen
And the cake (all gluten free) sprinkled with Thyme
And of course I forgot to put the Kale on for the photo
During the evening Mr Armchair took a photo unbeknownst to me lol

Scrumptious!
All the photos of the food look amazing but my favourite photo is the one of you reading the recipe magazine.
Oh, I was so intrigued with your recipes and then I clicked on Irina's site and then I realized I never came back to comment, then I saw you visited me! teeehee
I am very amazed at how you froze your lemons...what a great idea! I had never thought of doing that, because I use a lot of lemon. That roasted cauliflower Dzintra, that looks so good! The entire meal looks like something from a restaurant! Lovely as always my friend. And have a happy day...
Perfect for the kale I have recently been trying to get the kids to eat!
Oh my goodness this looks amazing. I no longer eat pork but I could eat everything else! Maybe with a roasted chicken. I am impressed that you made such a beautiful cake gluten free. What a beautiful feast. xxo
I did not know you could freeze lemons. I will have yo try that.
Hello Dzintra,
Lovely meal, how did you do your Kale chips? I did some in the dehydrator last week. Was a bit scared of burning them in the oven. I put some olive oil, paprika and sea salt on them after they came out. Lovely photo of you too.
Happy days.
Bev.
They all looking delicious Dzintra. That lemon cake looks mouth watering!

I'm sure it tasted as good as it looks. Yum
Oh I am in awe! YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!! You're amazing. :-)
Dearest Dzintra! It's so good to be back here with you...I have missed you! Anita knows about the topsy-turvy things that have been going on here, but I certainly hope I can return to a more regular blogging rhythm again.
I hope your spring is bringing warm days, dear friend! I LOVE the photo of you...contemplating a not-so-simple meal! And yours turned out luscious and stunning as always!! I plan to head to the book shop tomorrow...I'm a bit concerned because last time I was there I could not find the magazine!! What am I going to do? I do have a DH cookbook I received from a dear friend, so I will make something from that. I do hope very much that they still carry it, though.
Sending love and hugs to you, and a big hug to JoJo...
Now to catch up with your posts!
