I had a comment from Kim in my last post to show my new bookcase full......
so here 'tis
full of my unread books that had been in piles and there are more
so it didn't take long to fill at all!!!
I got the idea to do this off my friend Asta who has just started her own blog
And a new book to celebrate
Rachael Treasure's The Cattleman's Daughter.
A few weeks ago I showed this grapevine that we had come up over Summer
The neighbour who lived next to us had kept it trimmed
these are the grapes now
They taste like an old fashioned variety complete with seeds in,
just like we had when we were growing up
And very tasty too.......I wouldn't be surprised if you could make grapes out of them as well!!!

Haha, that's would be fun making grapes out of grapes! Lovely new bookcase. Enjoy those books - Hugs Nat
Great bookcase, a lovely nook. Your grapes look delicious. I tasted some grapes at a winery recently, Cabernet and Chardonnay.......very interesting flavours and so different to what we can buy at the supermarket.
Love your bookcase with all the books. Can't imagine a home without books. Those grapes look so yummy!
that bookcase looks awesome Dzintra and yummy home grown grapes, enjoy.xx
I am SO glad to see a sign of life somewhere on this PLANET OF OURS! We are still in that monumental deep freeze, but to see grapes hanging from the garden is a joy my friend! CHEERS!!!!!!
What a perfect book case! Mr. Armchair does wonderful work. And it's full of books waiting to be read! What could be better?
Cik tev vēl daudz grāmatu, ko lasīt!
Garšīgas vīnodziņas!
The cover of that book looks very enticing. I don't read much now, preferring to sew and listen to an audio book, but when one of my friends suggests a book, I try to get it in audio format.
Lovely FULL bookcase! Thanks for posting the picture. I can tell you will be busy, busy.
Cheers!
Hello, dear friend!! It's so wonderful to be back here, I've been off of blogger for a bit...
I love your book shelf (and that gorgeous Renoir!)...there never seems to be enough space for books at my place...never...so I am loving that use of space...
And your grapes! How delicious they must be!
Sending love to you, dear Dzintra...and hugs to JoJo too...
